weed question. searched and no answer
does weed in moderation affect muscle growth. I am not talking about smoking before a workout, but on an off days or several hours after a workout like once a week. anyone know of any studies or personal experience on the effect marijuana has on muscle growth.
i understand it might not be optimal, but what kind of impact does it have.
i did a good search. many of the threads did not have answers because all the replies said was do a search. i know that this this has been discussed numerous times, but the issue is still not clear. so if anyone can help me out, i would really appreciate it.
