build legs while cutting... please help!
hi,
this is my planned cycle (3rd so far):
1-12 prop 70mg ed (.7ml)
1-10 tren a 45mg ed (.6ml)
7-12 winny tabs 50mg ed
1-12 nolva 10mg and 25mg proviron
pct with nolva and clomid
i want to cut and harden, of course, but id like to put some more lean mass on my quads.
do you think this wiill be possible with this cycle and the right training?
how can i maintain size in the upper body and add some more size in quads to make better proportions? should i do 2 diff kind of training for upper and lower bodyparts?
please, note, NO SQUATS, NO DEADLIFTS... I HAVE SOME PROBLEMS WITH MY LOWER BACK!!!
