My innner chest is really lacking and i need to bring it up to par with the rest of my chest i would like to konw if anyone as any tips on good inner chest lifts!??!?!??! please help!!!!!!!!!!

oh man i could be wrong but if i remember you cant really isolate inner chest because the two main chest muscles come in across your chest. so really upper and lower is all you can hit. ill bump it for you though

Only secret I know of.
Don't touch the dumbells together at the top, in fact don't bring'em much closer than shoulder width and go full stretch at the other end. 3 second negatives.
Also, you can try putting a slight incline on the bench when doing them to target the upper part a bit more.
Try that for a couple of weeks and tell us how it went.

I don't believe in that impossible to hit the center of the pec thing. I had no line in the center of my chest until I started doing DB flies. And no, I didn't drop bf % either.

I think ill try the dumbell flys cause that sounds the best so far and i refuse to beleive i cant really work them! so i will try that for a couple weeks and i will make a post telling of my results!!

i had the exact same problem... the lower part of my pec was real big but the top and inside was small... i hit inclines hard... do 4 sets of incline dumbell presses at 15 to 20 degrees and then barbell incline presses at 30 degrees (normal incline) and then hit flat bench and flies/cable flies/pec deck... just chose one... the only way to get the inner chest larger is to bulk up the whole pec... usually the upper half is lacking when the inner is weak...

Striations run the same in the pec region. The whole muscle is worked. Best bet is hit the pec from all angles. When doing bench use a wider grip, fly movements feel the sqeeze/hold and do cross over cables extending your arms/hands past each other. Close grip push-ups all the time.

pec-dec machine, the one where you can do rear delts on, keep arms fairly straight and really squeeze and contract the muscle when you bring the palms together, this has really brought out my inner chest and the pump is amazing, i would have said flyes but with the pec dec you can feel it more (in my opinion)

ill second that, ive been trying to get that roundness out in my low pec region, flyes and bottom cable crossovers have made an improvement for sure,

bottom cables i got that down and im gonna do that and incline flies along with my regular work out of bench and incline bench and machine flies TIME TO BLAST MY CHEST INTO A MONSTER OF BULK!
