    Getting Started

    hey guys, i just had disc removal surgey on DEC 15 (C-4, C-5,C-6) and Doc says no lifting until march 15. is there anything i can do to speed up the healing. how soon can i get back into lifting heavy.

    i dont know what hurts you or what you are able to do.

    but if you can do legs that would help, altough u might not be able to do squats

    you can always ride the stationary bike. i did this for a while when i hurt my shoulder.

    i just had a disc lasers in july o4, the doc said if it hurts DON T DO IT,

    so i waited till X-mas to start up again and i gotta say its going great,

    you gotta watch the whole twisting straining thing

    speedy recovery to you bro
