    AM Cardio?

I do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, because everyone says glycogen levels are low and that make fat the primary source for energy. Any help?

With what? Doing your cardio? No thanks.

Be more specific. Everything you are doing is correct.

I have been doing cardio in the morning since late December on a empty stomach and I have went from 304lbs to 285lbs which is a loss of 18 lbs in 2.5 months. So it works, but diet plays a key role in the weight loss too.

65-75% of your HR, and do it for an extended amount of time like 45 mins to 1 hour.. and alot of people take glutamine before hand.
