    Need help with LATS

    I wanna up my lat workout cause im not really happy with what I have I need to improve. My back workout looks like this any adivce would help thanks Deadlifts, Seated one arm rows, T bar rows, Straight arm pull downs, V bar pull downs.
    What do ya think I should do or change around.

    try doing pull ups then after you do those for awhile start doing weighted pull ups

    And get a spotter hit em hard then when you cant pull anymore get someone to push up on your legs!!

    chins???

    wide grip weighted chins. those are what it takes to make your lats grow.

    Wide grip pull-ups are the shiznit..... makes you wide az...

    Another thing I like to do, is when you're doing pull down, don't try to bring the bar down, try and lift yourself up.... has helped me alot...

    Rack chins make standard chins feel like a pre game warm up.

    Sounds like a plan I'll go back to doing wide grip pull downs and i'll start to add in the pull ups (wide)

    also try doing pullups where when you come up, try to touch one hand with your chin then on the next rep go to the next hand
