    Arm workout

    This is what my bi's/tri's day look like:

    Biceps:

    Straight Bar Curls
    Hammer Curls with DBs

    Triceps:

    Close grip
    Skull Crushers
    Dips

    3 second negatives on everything.

    What about yours?

    I think thats too little for me.

    OK. But what's yours? I just wanna know what people's arm workout looks like. (For those who have a arm day in there routine)

    close grip
    skull crushers
    pressdowns
    one-arm behind the head extensions

    Bis:

    straight bar curls
    1 set of 21's
    sometimes preachers
    seated dumbell curls
    hammer curls

    Ditto, except I don't usually do behind the head extension & 21's....
