IMO i wouldnt do chest tris the day b/f shoulders traps #1 both large muscle groups #2 while in working out shoulders ur also hitting tris so thats a no no hey bro take a look at this thread and see what u can get from it im sure itll help u in designing a good routine....Quote:

what if i switched tuesday and thursday. I was looking at that other tread but i did not want to jump in on his tread u know what im saying. but what do u think about switching the 2 day around good or bad?
ur still doing a major muscle group "back" one of the biggest parts of ur body besides ur base deff. not that way u wont have a full and intense workout as if u were to rest a day b/f doing that JMO though i mentioned this in the thread that i sent u...Quote:
