Legs getting to big, what to do
Hey, I was just wondering what I should do about my legs. I mean i'm walking around on tree trunks over here. and their especially huge now that im cycling again. This is not a good thing, I have maybe one pair of jeans out of about 20 that I can fit in comfortably, the others are too **** tight on my thighs. I've tried buying bigger waistlines but then they just fall off my ****in waist and their still tight in the legs.
Do you think I should continue training my legs, or increase my reps, or what. Im already doin 12 and 15 set reps. The other bad thing is, they are in proportion to the rest of my body. I dont wanna look disproportionate, but ****t I wanna be able to fit in my clothes.
Stats: 5'11-6', 265 12% BF
Normal leg workout: Leg extensions 4 sets 15,12,12,10
Squats 4 sets 15,12,12,10 usually start around 415 end around 475 or so. or hacks.
hack squats: 4 sets 15, 12,12,10 start with 4 plates end with 7, the other hack machines i've tried I can start with around 10 plates, and end with about 15
Leg Press: 4 sets 15,12,12,10 end around 1700 or so.
I know this is alot of info, but let me know what you think I need to do.

think I should just quit training them altogether. I know their great to help overall development though.

holy sh*t!!! If this guy is ending with 475 on his final set of squats for 10 reps he's gotta have some huge quads!!! 1700 on his leg press, jesus christ!!! I'd be interested in knowing what type of cycle your on right now( not that I dont think you'd be an ox naturally) just curious.

After reading your profile and re-reading your post, something kind of seems a little off. Your 265 at 12% bf,you are using some major poundages for a pretty high rep scheme, and in your profile it says you've never cycled? You must be a genetic freak if you've never done any gear before. I gotta see pics to believe this bro!!

no dude i've cycled I'm on my third cycle now. Currently runnin 100mg Test Prop ED weeks 1-4, Test E 750mg 1-15, EQ 600mg 1-14, fina 75mg ED weeks 5-15.
Always have been pretty strong in my legs when I played football and everything.
Guess I need to update my profile huh. Sorry about that guys I'll get right on it.

This is simple- stop training legs altogether and add cardio 85%THR.

just measured them, 31 inches around the biggest part.

not sure what i wanna do, im only on the second week of my 15 week cycle as is, and i hear fina turns you into a beast. lol great........... Bigger clothes hmmmm guess i could just cut up table cloths and wear them like ronnie coleman lol. someday haha.

you could just keep training them but maybe lower the weight and do really high reps and just try to get them shredded

you always could just lost some fat. your quads are probably about 2-3 inches smaller at 7%.

So am I out of proportion at 5'11" 195 12%BF and 24.5" legs. I've got nothing compared to your size and strength, but I hear you about having a hard time finding jeans that fit properly. My legs seem to be the only thing still growing.
