:unsure: since i got some lower back and upper back pain related to poor posture working on it and add a special training program made to strenghten my pelvic region, i decided to buy a Electric muscle stimulator and in the mean time supplement my current weight training with it.
Does anyone use the Tens on top of there weight training programs?
I dont beleive the hype about cutting out fat and other bull but for my lower back it seems to work fine.
