:unsure: since i got some lower back and upper back pain related to poor posture working on it and add a special training program made to strenghten my pelvic region, i decided to buy a Electric muscle stimulator and in the mean time supplement my current weight training with it.
Does anyone use the Tens on top of there weight training programs?
I dont beleive the hype about cutting out fat and other bull but for my lower back it seems to work fine.
The unit i bought allows me to set the contraction time to 1 minute and relaxation time to 70 seconds.
There are very good workouts in the book that came with the unit too.
Works good for injuries.
Helps relax muscle spasm and allieviate pain but nothing for fat loss thats bogus.
I like using one when i get really sore muscles, i put it on knead and it just shakes me for a few mins, i turn it off and such and then give it another go.. feels awesome
