Thread: chest 2 times a week

chest 2 times in 5 days(updated)
my chest is definately my week spot, can i do them with bi-s or tri-s
on monday then hit chest only on friday, then do bi-s n back on monday
basically hitting my chest every 4th or 5th day or will that lead to over training

All depends on you weekly workout. What does your week look like?

I would say it depends on how intense your training sessions are(for chest) and if you get an adequate amount of rest and recovery time.

The general rule for chest is every 5 days so i would give it a shot and see how you feel.

ive kinda got the worst of both worlds, a busy job(lotta running back n forth)
plus a serious hardgainer, im a quarter of the way through my 1rst cycle and i ll shred myself till total fatigue, then day off, mon-wed-friday routine, im eating like a horse a lot of water and basically hitting it hard, heavy lbs, 8-12 reps, but i feel by friday that im good ta go again, or it might jus be the juice, in which case im opening myself for injury,
any help would be great
im bulking and with my metabolism the diet is always in check,MORE IS GOOD

ill hit chest hard core one day a wk and its my monday workout and still i am a lil sore by friday, so ya depends on how intense ur workouts are....
