    Gaining mass

Here is the deal, i am a D2 football player and we run and lift everyday. We run for 30 minutes at 6 in the morning and then come back and lift weights in the afternoon. For some reason i cant gain any mass unless i start eating more and when i do that i gain mass but i also gain weight in my stomach. Sometimes i even work out 2 times a day because the football workout is real basic and doesnt have alot of Reps for bi's and tri's. Please if any one could help with gaining mass in Bi's, Tri's and Legs i would appreciate it.

If u are gaining weight in your stomach IMO you need to stay away from fats after your workouts. Your body is like a sponge after workingout dont soke up the fat. Dink a good post workout shake and wait about 45 min and eat a good meal like fish and rice or something like that. just my opinion though there is people in here who know alot more than I do.

You try and search some of swoles treads I think that would help alot.

Why are they making you guys run 30 minutes a day? Distance running has nothing to do with football.

Yes but jogging is the wrong kind of conditioning for an anaerobic sport.

If you can't gain muscle, only fat, you need to research diets. Take a look at the lean bulking diet that should help you out.
