Arm workout
This is what my bi's/tri's day look like:
Biceps:
Straight Bar Curls
Hammer Curls with DBs
Triceps:
Close grip
Skull Crushers
Dips
3 second negatives on everything.
What about yours?

1 set of 21's
sometimes preachers
seated dumbell curls
hammer curls
