    Biceps sore from shoulder workout

    WTF?? my bi's are killing me the day after shoulders and i am suppose to work bi/tri today! I did the same workout as usual but i got drunk the night before and that was the first time i have been drunk since new years!/ could this have anything to do with it... i did traps also

    alcohol dehydrates the body.

    drink 1 glass of water(8oz) for every beer your drink to stay hydrated.

    yea i know/ i go on a 6 day split and this screws everything up, but oh well maybe they want be sore tomorrow

    day 1: chest/ back
    day 2: off
    Day 3: shoulders/traps(only 1 press movement)
    Day 4: bi/tri
    day 5: legs
    days6: 0ff

    i would not recommend doing back and chest together/ but i am just doing this to shock my body for a month or so... usually i would not do 2 large muscle groups together and i alternate between the two (ex. 1 set bi then 1 set chest) and same for bi/tri

    for you can try if youd like.

    1-chest/back
    2-off
    3-shoulders/traps
    4-legs
    5-bis/tris
    6-off
    7-off

    just a thought.
