Those "Freaky" muscles are called your serratus anterior and they are worked by a variety of crunch movements to the side. They can be worked performing the hanging leg raise across body, bicycles, lying on your side and crunching on the incline etc. However, those muscles are already there and will become visible when your bodyfat gets low enough. Sure you should train them, but there is no magic exercise to bring them out.
