Workout critique question
My current workout is detailed below, but I have been using this version religiously for the past 5 month and just wanted any views on weather or not it would be a good idea to have a go at doing 1 body part a day doing 2 days on and 1 day off with a further 2 days off at the end of every workout cycle.
Current workout
day 1 : Back / Bicept
day 2 : off
day 3 : Chest / Triceps
day 4 : off
day 5 : Legs / Shoulders / Abs
Revised workout
day 1 : Back
day 2 : Chest
day 3 :off
day 4 : biceps
day 5 : triceps
day 6 : off
day 7 : legs / shoulders / abs
day 8: off
day 9 : off
I was hoping that by using this method that I would get more of a workout for each body part and give it more recovery time but I was also concerned that the body part in question may not reach its full potential. Your views would help. Thanks
