Upper Chest
what would be a good workout to get my upper chest to come up?

Inclined dumbell flies and dips seem to hit my upper/inner chest good...

try heavy incline press, and do it first thing for your workout. It has helped me out a lot

Upper chest: Incline barbell presses, incline dumbbell presses, incline flyes, dumbbell pullovers.
oh...and squats seem to really hit that area too.

you guys should really cut him a break on all that search first ask later stuff. who is to say he didnt search first? maybe he is looking for personal opinions. bro i would stick to incline press, incline dumbbell press, incline flyes, maybe a smith machine that targets the upper chest. keep in mind that growth is not gonna happen overnight so stick to it and enjoy your success. good luck bro
