    Which shoulder press?

I know that a lot of people say that behind the neck presses are bad for your shoulders. What is your opinion on this. I have always done front presses and I have good development, but would changing it up to rear once and a while hit some different areas?

I use d-bells so that I am not forced to go in front of the face or behind the head, and can hit all heads of the shoulder equally when pressing.
