    6 day split? how does this look?

    how does this workout look?
    day 1 chest front delts bi's
    day 2 legs
    day 3 off
    day 4 back rear delts tri;s
    day 5 off
    day 6 off
    day 7 start over

    4 exercises chest/back 2 exercises/delts 3exercises: bi/tri

    Looks alright, but IMO, I would definately add more back excercises..what do you currently do for each muscle? And... are you sure you training your shoulders/bi's/tri's/ hard enough, since your doing 3 body parts a day?

    yea that was why i posted this but right now i am doing
    Day 1 Chest Back
    DAy 2 off
    Day 3 shoulders
    Day 4 bi/tri
    day 5 off
    day 6 0ff
    5'11 210 8%bf( only did this for a month to shock muscles)

    i am doing 4 exercises for back plus deads! i dont think i need anymore

    imo that split stinks, sorry. try:

    monday- legs

    tuesday-chest/front delts

    wednesday-off

    thursday-arms (bis, tris)

    friday-back/rear delts

    sat-off

    sun-off

    goodluck

    Thats fine, in your original post, you say you only do 2 excercises for back. I think your revised split is alright, as long as your also doing legs in there somwhere. don;t know why jantzen thinks it stinks

    thanx for the encouragement jantzen, you might be right i dont think i am gonna do that split..... but the one you posted sux worse!!!!!!!! why in h*ll would you train back the day after bi's*********

    looks good... here is my current split (powerlifting)
    monday 4:30 PM- sqaut
    tuesday- off
    wednesday- off
    thursday 4:30 PM- bench
    friday 4:30 PM- deadlift
    saturday 9:00 AM- (closegrips) arms
    i like to take 2 days rest after heavy sqauts... my shoulder's (rotator) need that rest before i bench heavy.
