Its Great Since I am a U.S. Marine they pay us to work out. I use the free gyms on base. The Gym I use is called The House of PAIN and its about as nice as any gym I have ever paid to be a member of. (YMCA, Flair's Golds, Liftime)

my company subsidises my gym membership.
It is 325 per yr for a fmaily membership and work gives me 275 so it costs me $50 per year after the subsidy, its a pretty small gym but it has heaps of weight power racks, squat rack and all the other gear, open 24/7

NOTHING! I have a very nice setup at work... a sturdy bench I built from 1-1/2" sched 40 pipe and 2x6 and 2x4s. Also a pair of 20" olympic dumbbell handles, two pairs of QuickLee collars (LOVE THEM!), about 300 lbs of loose plates, my straps and gloves, and a calf raise block. Oh, and a handy pipe outside where I can do my chins. I do a 10 part split and a session lasts about 20 minutes. I can always slip that into my day somehow.
