Leg presses- close or wide stance
Hi everyone, I've done leg presses with a shoulder width apart stance for awhile and the last few weeks I tried feet two inches apart and found it a lot harder but not as good of a stretch. What do you guys think?

shoulder width.
if you put your feet a little closer then shoulderwidth on the sled itll work on your sweep. 2inches apart is too close imo.

that cant be good for the connective tissue and joints, especially with heavy weights!

Just do squats w/ proper form until you puke.. it gives greatest overall stress cept for maybe Deads, and this will raise your tes. and make you sexy

I tried a closer stance because I seen a article that Shawn Ray did so I thought I'd try it out. The overall exercise was a lot harder to preform so I couldn't go too heavy, I could only do 16 plates on a good day.
