Fat Ass!
I'm always had quite a thin frame but in the past year I've put on quite a bit of weight - mostly muscle..
However, I've ended up with a fat ass! My mates call me 'diaper ass'! Now thats just cruel!
Does anyone have any exercises that will help me lose this!

squats will make it harder if its flabby..

mines not flabby but i have a barrel ass too. squats, stairs, and elliptical on heavy resistance seemed to help me.

If your (__!__) has gotten that big, you may have a propensity to storing fat in the lower extremeties, and may have packed on more fat that you think.
I'd say reducing overall bodyfat would be the best bet. W/out pictures, there really is no point in pure speculation.

HAHA! Dont wanna see pictures either. But as far as your problem, I would assume that It would be the same with a person with love handles or just the lower gut pouch. Swolecat's right tho, overall bodyfat reduction's the best, if not only way to REALLY get satifsfactory results. Squats and other glute exercises will help tone the area, but like in the stomach, you can do abs all day but that wont take away the fat over them. And we all know that spot reduction is a myth. On the brightside, your body's preferred storage area isnt a place as obvious as most peoples(stomach). And also, dont go OVERKILL on the glute exercises w/o cutting, as the muscle mass can push the area out, and if you dont cut down your bf, then it'll still be there, over the muscle
