workout help??
hello i was wondering if i could get a second opinion on doing some workouts since i'm getting in a rut for workouts.
I workout 4 days a week usually mon-chest,shoulders tues-arms wed.legs,abs thurs-back . I'm 23 190 6'1 i'm trying to get in the 200 lb range and get bigger. any suggestions on workouts and i also take whey protein.

first i would maybe put a rest day after chest/shoulders, cause u have it where u do tricepts with chest then the next day u hit them again. u could be overtraining, maybe do somehting like this:
m-chest/shoulders
t=legs/abs
w-arms
t-rest
f-back/abs
that way ur not overtraning
