    how many days a week to train abs?

    summer is coming up and i want to get a 6 pack ive been doin crazy abs for like 3 days in a row does ne1 have ne idea how many days in a row i cud do them if i had the choice i would do them every day is that ok?

    your abs need rest just as every other muscle group. sounds like you are overtraining, or pushing the envelope already. Bottom line to getting the 6 pack is body fat %.
    How are you training them btw? Weights, reps, etc...?

    your abs are just like any other muscle. too much training will overtrain and will hinder your gains.


    would you trains chest 5days in a row???

    im 20 y/o with 11.5%bodyfat i currently do abench 4 sets of 25 then another abdominal machine that i forgot what its called 4 sets of 25 then i do 3 sets of 25 on the decline bench usually with a 25 pound weight on my stomach i currently just got off a cycle and im taking trac creatine and multi v and clomid... would my supps have anything to do with it or no? thank

    lose the body fat to see the abs.
    abs, calves, and forearms can be worked more often IMO.
    abs, I would go 2-3 times a week
