12 Sets Enough?
I've gotten good results with my routine, probably would have gotten a lot better if my diet was always good too. Anyway I've been doing 12 Sets for everything except biceps. I am near exhaustion after my workouts so I know I'm pushing myself a decent amount, I could possibly squeeze in a few more sets though. I've never tried it before though, would it be beneficial for me especially if I'm going for mass?

If the intensity is high enough, yes that should suffice.Might wanna do more for legs though.

How many reps per set for god's sake!
Can't give a good opinion(not that it would be anyway) without knowing the reps!
12 sets of 20 reps
12 sets of pyramind
12 sets of descending
12 sets of 4 reps
12 sets of supers

4 sets per exercise ususally a (6-12) rep scheme or (6-10) except for shoulders and legs where I got higher.

3-4 exercises for a bodypart + 4 sets = 12-16 sets

Sometimes I have done 4 sets of 15 reps for a change up and have actually had good results that way as well. There are many schools and opinions about what works! Try em all! See what YOU like. I believe there are no rules. I have trained HIT with Mentzer and trained hig-reps with another at that level. I grew both ways.
Train Hard!

Not including my warmup sets, I usually do 9 to 15 sets max for chest. Back I usually do about 15 sets including deads. Does anyone do more than that per workout? Just trying to gauge if I should increase my sets or not.

If you are going heavy 12 sets is fine for the larger muscle groups.
