LOL, ouch is what I was thinkin too. If your hittin your workouts hard, you wont have it in u to do cardio 30 minutes after. And you definately dont want to do cardio 30 minutes before days like deads or squats, as the cardio would take away from the exercise. Theres also a lot of variables for a general question. Mainly your training goals. Depending on what your trying to get out of your gym time, two completely different things could be best for you.
