    The only way ANY apparatus is going to work is if one is of a low enough bodyfat to see the abdominal muscles.

    Regular sit-up crunches and hanging leg raises are the BEST BET.

    The other "machines" are marketing gimicks for those who are just too d*mn lazy to get on the floor and work.

    i feel sorry for people who buy those gimmicks hoping they will actually work, "only 5 mins a day, 2 days a week and u will lose all 50 pounds and have a shredded 6 pack," total joke, bottom line is hard work = results, u get out what u put in .....

    i was thinking of buying it. from what i see the range of motion is better than just crunches.

    you can try it out for 14 bucks so it must work if you know what your doing and not just eat cookies and **** on it
