    Help with new routine plz?

    Ok im gunna start this new routine,

    mon-legs
    tues- delts/bi's
    wed - off
    thurs - chest/tri's
    fri-back
    sat-off
    sun-off

    ok can u guys give me some suggestions plz, i wanna bulk up as much as i can, so plz tell me the exercises that will help me do that

    ok so for each muscle, what and how may exercises should i do, and also how many sets and reps should i do for each muscle, plz help?

    This is what I do everybody has something diffirent you can use this or.......
    Do a search for some workouts, get something put together, and post it. Then Someone can really help you out. Its not that I cant search in this site for a while and type up a workout for you. But it just easier to critique the one that you come up with. Just call it constructive criticism.

    Good luck. Search the site you can find out alot, then come back, and post your workout.
