tues- delts/bi's
wed - off
thurs - chest/tri's
fri-back
sat-off
sun-off
ok can u guys give me some suggestions plz, i wanna bulk up as much as i can, so plz tell me the exercises that will help me do that
ok so for each muscle, what and how may exercises should i do, and also how many sets and reps should i do for each muscle, plz help?
