    Shoulder question

    Now that my body is finaly starting to get a bit muscle on it I was wanting to find out what you all thought was the best exersizes to get my shoulders to a more rounded shape.

    heavy dumbell presses work great. So do standing shoulder press. I don't see many people doing those anymore but I like them a lot.

    Lateral Raises. I like to use drop sets. Also, upright rows will add some size and another good angle on them.

    Ive just started using the shoulder press but dont seem to be able to lift as much compared to the rest of me, il keep at it though

    My shoulders have that bubble out look. I do standing military press, front raises, L laterals, and side raises. Thats my routine, and I'm very happy with my shoulders.

    shoulder presses,sitting barbell press, L-Laterals(this work good just make sure you focus on the shoulder and not the trap).Bent over rear raise really hit the rear delt!!!
    front delt raises keep arm bent a little or you will hurt your self.
