    shoulder training...?

"Your forearms, calves, abs, are used all the time in everyday life. Thus it would take a very high workload to overtrain them they are also compiled of a higher amount of slow twitch fibres these are more suited to endurance so they can tolerate a more frequent and higher workload than other bodyparts."

i found this statement in here and was kind of taken by it because everyone wants big round shoulders! now if this statement is true then in my opinion shoulders are also part of this group of muscles, think about how many time per day we lift our arms or hands or anything like that! should shoulders be hit with higher reps and more frequency than other muscle groups???

no. you use shoulders with certain chest and back exercises. if you want to overtrain and invoke injury then train them 2x or more a week imo.

if you hit the shoulder head correctly and effectively there should be no problem in your shoulder growth.
