New revised workout
day 1 chest/sh/tri
day 2 back/ bi/ trap
day 3 off
day 4 legs
day 5 off or repeat
day 1 includes 4x8-10 Bench press, 3x8-10 Flat Bench, 3x 10-12 flyes, 4x 8-10 shoulder press 4 x 8-10 side lateral raises, 6x8-10 tricep mass movement
day 2 includes 4x8-10 wide grip pullups, 3x 8-10 row, 3x8-10 lat pull, 6x8-10 mass bicep movement, 5x10-15 DB shrugs
Would this be overtraining? i have always worked out each body part 1ce a week and i want to try something new to shock my muscles so i am going to try to hit everybody part every 5-6 days. what yall think?

man w/ all these crazy complexities of just trying to get your days in order why dont you just give DC's workout a whirl... i've been dying for someone to give it an all out go...

i don't think that i would like dc's workout, but i am just looking for a way to hit every muscle group every 5-6 days. as for workout 3 that i posted earlier i am going to use that if i can't figure out an effective way to hit everything every 5-6 days
