My Wrists are pi$$ing me off
I recently incorporated deads into my workouts and am having some serious issues with my right wrist. My left wrist seems to have no problem supporting the weight but my friggin right wrist keeps giving out on me causing me to come up short on my sets. I believe it's mostly related to grip strength.
I dont want to use a crutch b/c I'm afraid that if I do that they will never get any stronger.
Any suggestions?? Do I just wait it out and know that it will take some time for the strength to come or ???
Any help would be appreciated.

Do a search for grip and see what ya get. Someone posted a grip wokout not to long ago. I know its not much info but it should help ya out.
Search first ask later

Thanks.
I ALWAYS search, hence the reason my post count is so low after being around here for a while . Perhaps my search was inadequate. I'll try again.

Check out bdtr's extreme grip training thread. It has some good links.

That's like taking pain killers for a knife in your leg when you could just pull the knife out and get it healed.

The only purpose I see for them is when competing, or using super heavy weights where your forearms would hit failure before you could lift it...such as a powerlifter maxing out his deadlifts, or doing super heavy shrugs till trap failure!

i find straps help on last heavy set for shrugs or deads, cause your forearms usually go out 1st. other then that its a waste imo
