My back isnt lacking width, it's just not that thick to me it seems, especially in the middle.
here is my work out for back, i have 1 warm up on each before doing the sets
3 x 8 Pulldowns (heavy)
3 x 12 Deads (heavy)
3 x 8 Bent overs (heavy)
3 x 8 Seated Rows (heavy)
