Workout/diet/suppliments for getting hudge
whats up....last year feb 2004 i started working out to loose weight i was 300lbs and i lost a hell of alot of weight 125lbs and now i am a total gym freak, but my problem is i cant seem to gain lean body mass...i am a skinny bitch and i need help...can u give me a workout/diet/suppliments that will help me get hudge...i am 175lbs now and i want to be 205lbs by july...please help me not be skinny anymore....

First congrats thats quite alot of fat to loose in one year time frame. How did you do it?? Too many variables you are asking such as workout,diet,supps you need to concentrate on one subject first,then post in the right forum. Do not overtrain but in moderation as muscle gains come slower then fat loss.

First diet.. its your backbone
2nd Workout Regiement its your heart
3rd supplements .. its your testicals
Need good diet w/ constant intake of protein every2hrs
workout 1 muscle group once a week (i do it twice a week but my mom says im cool)
dont exceed 45min of resistance training n easy on the cardio
WheyProtein/Dextrose/multivitamen/EFA's

Figure out how many calories you're consuming every day
