HowCome they Wont GROW
My Bi's they will not get soar?sore?sour? spellcheck
anyways they wont grow either i do it all 1x a week heavy 2x a week heavy
static holdes, negatives, strict form slow rep curls
i mean something like this is usual
5x6-8heavy barbel
then 4x6heavy preacher
then seated db curls 4x8
then 3x8 reverse grip on bottom cable... thats a sample i do tons variations and wat not ... been like this for 2 years now FIX IT PLZ
i mean they never even hurt and i take it to F'n Failure Line

Sounds like you might be overtraining. Try something like this....
3-4x10 hammer curls
3-4x10 barbell curls
Maybe throw somethin' else in like concentration curls or 21's at the end.
If done right this is all you need for bi's.

i used to just do 9 heavy sets of Bi's but it didnt seem like enuff since i didnt get results so i upped it and still no good
im thinking.. site injex?

Personally what worked for me is what young said 3-4 hammer curls and 3-4 barbell curls (on preacher) just go real heavy so that you really feel it. Sometimes I just do sets of hammercurls right into reg dumbell curls for 2 or 3 sets of 16, 8 hammer and 8 curl with no break.
my guess is that you are more lean and cut and just have problems adding size (like me).
BTW its 'sore'
