Exclamation Excited about new spit workout plan, help me out!!!

Frist off, I'd like to thank this sight for providing me with so much information. I read the forums on a daily basis and have gained alot of knowledge about weightlifting through them.

That being said...I have done 3 previous cycles. I am 6' tall and weigh 215lbs. This is the cycle I am currently running:

TestE: 500mgs per week, weeks 1-12
    D-bol: 35mgs per day, weeks 1-4
EQ: 300mgs per week, weeks 6-12
Nolva and clomid on hand plus ACG and tribulus fuel for PCT.

Supplements: Milkthistle 1000mgs ed, B-12 1000mcgs ed, B-6 100mg ed, Vitamin E 800iu ed, Flax Seed Oil 1000mg ed, Plenty of Vitamin C, Men's One-a-day vitamin, CytoMax pre-performance, and Muscle Milk protein powder.

Diet: high protein diet consisting of shakes, egg whites, chicken, steak, pasta, rice

Here is my new split workout plan:

    Day1: chest
    Day2: legs
    Day3: shoulders
    Day4: chest
    Day5: back
    Day6: rest
    Day7: rest

I want to incorporate bi's and tri's everyother day into this cycle, working them out at a different time than the main body part. So it will actually look like this:

    Day1: chest/bi
    Day2: legs/tri
    Day3: shoulders/rest
    Day4: chest/bi
    Day5: back/tri
    Day6: rest
    Day7: rest

The reason I am working out chest twice is because it is my weakest point and the area where I would like to see the most improvement. The same goes with my arms. I feel that while on this cycle, I will be able to endure this hard routine with great results.

This is my plan to its fullest. Please help me out with it. Feel free to be as rude as necessary. I want to get some massive gains!!!!!

You are hitting Triceps 5 days in a row.
You are hitting Shoulders the day after Chest.
You are hitting Biceps the day before Back.
    None of these are ideal~

    legs/biceps???

this is the craziest split ive seen.

    your overtraining.

your hitting tris with chest and shoulders. and some biceps with back.

You're not running the Eq long enough. Go 1-12 with it and run your test for 13 weeks.

    do it like this
    Chest/Tri
    Legs
    Back/Bi
Off or cardio or chest( if you are not sore still)
    Soulders/Traps
    Off or cardio
    Off or cardio

I am personally to sore to workout any muscle group twice a week. But if you can then do it. But do not overtrain.

Here is my split and it seems ideal after speaking to a few vets.

    monday-chest/ triceps
    tuesday- biceps forearms/ abs
    wed-
    thursday - shoulders
    friday-back
    saturday-off
    sunday- legs

you can obviously make it start on any day just follow the days skipped if you like the split. notice 2 days rest for biceps b4 hitting back, 2 days rest for triceps and chest before hitting shoulders. then 3 days rest before hitting biceps again after back.
