    What's up with this????

Sometimes after a workout, usually 1 to 2 hours later, I'll break out in a heavy sweat and get very nauseous. My workout doesn't seem to be affected in any way, but this is happening more and more often.
I've REALLY cut back on sugars of any kind, could it be low blood sugar maybe?????

    Thump- That is very possible.

The same thing happens to me from time to time. A post workout drink that has some carbs has helped me and has not affected my cutting diet. Your body is screaming for somthing to put back in the tank. Give it a shot

Same thing can happen from calorie restriction to a perfectly healthy person. Up your cals and see if it happens.

Get yourself a good protein/carb shake post workout. Also look at all aspects of your diet, including your water intake.

Well I guess all of my thoughts on the subject have already been answered. Anytime that you are feeling like this look toward your diet first. I would not be so quick to alter caloric intake as much as I would be at what I am taking in after my workouts and what I was takeing in before as well.
