    Deflated Pump

I've been having problems getting pumps in my exersizes lately. I train real hard but the satisfaction at the end of a workout is not really there, b/c I have no good pump going on. Yeah I still get sourness in the muscles a few days after. Can I get a few pointers, maybe I've been leaving out a simple important factor? Please hit me up with some tips.

are you on a low carb diet?

Do you do proper post workout nutrition?

    take less time between sets.

    drink more water.

I've been doing a lot of supersets, drink about a gallon of watrer each day, and no low carb diet. What would you say is proper post workout nutrition? I hit the weights early in the A.M. so I have 2 scoops of whey in a regular size shaker I drink post workout. If thats what your refering. Today no supersets, still no pump (chest day)

I would drink more than 1 gallon a day.......

Also, proper PWO nutrition would incorportate a combination of protein, and a high g.i carb.... Most on this forum suggest a 2:1 ratio of dextrose to protein....
Generally speaking, 40-45g of whey, and 80-90g of dextrose...

Does this mean you eat on empty?

If you workout early a.m. on empty, then you haven't eaten in 8-10 hours, hence the sh*tty pumps.
