Who here trains back and hams?

I wanted to ask if anyone here trains back and hams together. I am debating whether to split legs up and train quads with calves, back with hams or to do quads with hams, back with calves.

There are of course 2 sides to the argument: train hams WITH quads as they are synergistic (similar to chest/tris); train hams SEPARATELY to give them 100% and have them reach their full potential (difficult after killing your quads ).

I sometimes train them twice per week. Once with quads and once with back doing stiff leg deads.

    Thanks for the quick response!

Due to an old back injury - I cannot do regular deads (due to the extreme weights), however I can do SLDL, hence combining back with hams. I am thinking of one of these two splits (training on M,Tu,Th,Fri):
    1:
    Chest/Tris
    Quads/Hams
    Back/Bis
    Shoulder/Calves/Abs

    2:
    Chest/Shoulders
    Quads/Calves
    Back/Hams
    Arms/Abs

#2 splits hams from quads, and dedicates a day to arms (which are slightly lagging). Do you think it is a good split? Anything you would change?
