ronnie coleman cardio?

i noticed in his dvd he did his cardio in the afternoon after lifting and after eating. If doing cardio is the best in the morn on empty stomach then why does something like ronnie coleman not do that? It makes more sense to do in the morn on empty stomach thats why i was asking.

Probably because he spends all morning injecting himself. Taking 194 shots a day is time consuming.

hahaha true. Well it was 3 months from the olympia, but he was still eating like sh*t. Don't get it.

he's a different machine then rest of us. Nothing he does applies to any of us I think.

idk i see some pics of him somtimes and he really looks like **** bloated and horrible people go to these comp to c monsters of mass that why he wins but so many others out there in the ifbb are so much more symetric and look better
