no biceps
i hardly ever work my biceps! i work thm inderectly when i work my back but i almost never target them.. our strength coach at school only has us do like one bicep lift once a week and it does not even give me a pump or anything
does anyone else just depend on their back workouts to build their biceps?

it's not as if working them is going to take away from your tricep development... it should aid in the growth of your tri's if nothing else

i love hammer curls
-
03-06-2005, 10:59 PM #15
Barbell curls-10,8,6
Incline Hammer curls-10,8,6
Seated preacher curls(single hand)consentrated-10,10,10
All heavy untill failure with good form. Now that should do it.
You can switch from incline to seated or standing Hammer curls from week to week.
And on the praecher curls you can switch from single hand to e-z bar to straight bar from week to week.

haha, maybe if they came in 12-packs they wouldn't suck so bad... for that matter, weightlifting would be great if the weights weren't so heavy...
it's a good thing i love the pain

I never agree with this statement. Biceps can increase your market value! Wether it be football or citizen work. Work them hard!
