does any body know of any good exercises for the seratis antiror... i am sure i spelled it wrong....

Serratus Anterior is a upper front body muscle. It helps rotate your scapular movement. So any exercise that you use that will also work the serratus. Helps with chest expansion so the db pull overs like 31 said are great. Overhead presses too because the muscle ASSISTS in raising your arms. Lastly, since it is connected to the obliques any twisting motion is great too.

yea i knew about the db pullovers.... i was just looking for something different to target it, you know how doing the same exercise can get old...

Close Crip Pull ups w/ palms away from you and Lean WAY BACK as you do them

I saw an Arnold tape - he was doing pull downs with a rope on his knees. I think that works what you want!
