From the looks of your avatar, it appears that your arms do in fact match your chest.
Or so it at least appears.

agreed.. just keep focusing on overall mass. drop the decline for heavy weighted dips.

Yup, Swole pegged it. Your chest is not out of proportion. You need to quit worrying about your chest and worry about making your WHOLE body grow as a unit. Benching, squats, deads, rows, weighted dips, weighted chins. The basics. Worry about strength right now and size will follow. Most guys beleive that is they focus on size strength will eventually occur, when in fact the opposite is what occurs for most people.

Was just making sure, i know that it was one of the main reasons signatures were removed. I know IA is a great site, and no disrepect was intended.

ya thanks for everything, everyone. im bulking right now and im gaining wieght i just hate how my chest is, i think its cause its not cut at the bottom, so i dont have the circle look. my upper part is pretty good, just the bottom isnt cut i guess. should i just do decline first?? i was thinking about going to incline, then flat, then decline, then the flys. what does everyone think..

I'd do all heavy pressing movements and save the "flyes" for much much much later on.
(Unless they are used as a means to pre-exhaust the muscle being worked)

try this...........
warm up light... nothing to failure...
4 sets of flat bench (6 rep max for each set (shoot for 5 to 7 rep range))
3 sets of incline dumbells on a 15-20 degree incline (six rep max again)
3 sets of incline barbell (six rep max again)
3 sets of cable flies supersetted with pushups (8 rep max on cables, as many pushups as possible).......... or interchange this with 3 drop sets with incline barbell... use 25's or tens... whatever you want....
also, make sure your hands are wide on the barbell when you bench and do inclines, this will spread your chest out more, forcing it to grow, also make sure you are breathing in on the way down, this will also spread your chest out and force it to grow... make sure your form is on target or you wont get far with chest growth...

ya i go wider then everyone i see benching almost, weight doesnt matter and i go slow, 3 second postive and negative, but i dont really count but its around there. i flex at top and stretch really well, it just brings me down because its small and everything is growing but that. i guess my its genetics, but im not giving up!!!! it will grow, lol
oh i dont get it because im sore for 3-4 days after my chest workout! so i know im doing something right

ya i was talking to a guy in the gym that does comp. and he said my upper chest is good, its just the bottom isnt "cut" or shaped so it looks small in a mirror, but the only part is small is the bottom..so what can i do now?? declines???? or what, my bf is 10-11 percent.Jason
