Just one now, but when I was in Iraq did two a days, I miss those days. :lift: :lift:
Two a days for myself.
It allows you to hit the muscle group with more intensity doing them seperately. However, it all depends on your goals and diet.
just wondering what everybody else does... my diet is perfect... my training is intense... everything's fine... i've done two a days before, right now i'm doing 4 to 5 1.5 to 2 hour workouts a week... each on a dif. day...
just wondering what you guys all do..
