It allows you to hit the muscle group with more intensity doing them seperately. However, it all depends on your goals and diet.

OMG i would go back to 2'a'days in a heart beat if i had the time ><
    Overtraining is a Myth
Injury from a myth is Impossible
Therefore it is impossible to get hurt from "Over Training" !!!

it depends on what you are taking... you dont want cortisol levels to spike up... this is no good... however, i think people underestimate their workload capacity...

That is ridiculous. Overtraining is not a myth. It's well documented, even medically.

natural test levels go down after about an hour. 2 a days definately better in that they recover for 2nd workout. quads in morning /hams and calves afternoon works like majic.

it was a joke >< omg
but arnold proved that there is no such thing as overtraining when taking "Performance Enhancing Drugs" because he would go like up to if not more than 6hrs of lifting just so he could get the pumps and be in "Hevun".

Im not sure if your joking about this too but you sure as hell CAN overtrain while taking drugs, your body can STILL only take so much.

or just make your sarcasm apparent... sarcasm generally tends to be comments that are so outlandish that it is common knowledge that it is false, therefore people know they are automatically false... that comment is not that outlandish (the overtraining comment), because some people have different oppinions on what overtraining is or how long it takes, so by the nature of the sarcastic remark, nobody will understand it is sarcasm because it is not obviously false... hence, the arguementative responses...

well we dont know what you know, thats the problem... if we all knew that you were a registered dietician, physician, or p.t., we would know that you are using sarcasm... but we dont know what you know, thats what ruins the joke...... jmo... keep comin with the jokes though... we'll see if you can get it right one of these times...
