right now I hit the gym 5 maybe 6 times a week ..Im a real active person...
hitting heavy ...chest and back one day then legs , arms , shoulders the other.


I really want to cut down because I want to take on a new excercise shaolin Kickboxing only on tuesdays and thursdays

Does anybody know a good routine I can workout right hiting all parts and do kickboxing enough where I can give my muscles plenty or rest.....
