3 day split
Iv been training by the 3 day split method, im finding this absolutly fine but im just wondering what people on here do on there days
Monday: Neck, Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Wednesday: Biceps, Back
Friday: Legs & Cardio
What do you bro's suggest as the best way to split it up im finding it difficult some days to get the best workout possible.
any suggestions are hugely appricated

chest shoulders and tris on the same day? Thats no good at all IMO. If you only wanna go 3 days a week, I'd try something like:
M - Chest/Bi's
W - Shoulders/Legs
F - Back/Tri's
or
M - Chest/tri's
W - Shoulders/Legs
F - Back/bi's
or
M - Chest/Back
W - Shoulders/Legs
F - Bi's/Tri's

I had the same split as you and saw very good gains for about 10 weeks using the 5x5 method. I now put shoulders with legs though.
