didnt read the book but i saw some of the things her wrote|:
-most sports scientists use bodyweigh as a major criteterion of protein need i was guilty too until i realzied what a pathetic....
another thing
(bodybuilders)they swallow nething with a protein label.with a nary thought they gobble gargantuan gobs of second class protein such as chicken wahed down with buckets of third class protein drinks stuffed with casein and gelatin the bigger the tub the smaller the brain
another thing
athletes who use anabolic steroids dont have to worry because musch of the muscle they build is third class too many steroid -supported muscle cells do form part of the normal contractile apparatus of muscle they are temporary constructions that will use poor proteins to concoct(this is wut he rote never heard of this word b4 neway) their weak and innatural structure thats why steroid built muscles are never as strong as they look and disappear like smoke as soon as the drugs are stopped

i read alot of his books they are very interesting he is an abid fan of year round training w/ like specializion forsay..
8 weeks of connective tissue/stabilization training
then it moves into an 10-12 week muscle stamina/endurance w/ supersets mod heavy
then like 8-14 weeks of Power HEAVY NEGATIVES Lotsa 1-3rep sets and OverLoading
then like 12 weeks or so of skill/specialization training.. medicne ball work bungies sports specific stuff...
but he is unique in his ideas of nutrition and what not
