    Major workout problem

OK, the problem is that every muscle on my left side of my body is a bit
larger and stronger than those on my left, even though I am right handed. For example, when I do flat
dumbell presses, it seems like the secondary muscle groups come into play on my right side and that only the intended muscle comes into play on the left. NO matter what exercise I do I always end up using secondary muslces on the right and the primary muscles on the left. I ahve tried using isolation exercise at the end of my routine for the right side and it helps a small amount but not enough.

Train the other side a bit more to bring it up to par w/the other side.

I have been lifting for a long time (3 years). The problem is getting worse.

i have the same problem... just throw in dumbell excercises so you can train each side seperately and you can't cheat with your dominant arm
